“VALAD” Won the Best Film Award
ITALY (AIPFF) – According to Fars news agency, the short film called “New Born” directed by Amir Abbas Rabeie was announced as the winner of the Italian film festival in the short film section.
ITALY (AIPFF) – According to Fars news agency, the short film “VALAD” (New Born) directed by Amir Abbas Rabeie was announced as the winner of the Italian film festival in the short film section.
“VALAD” film language is Arabic, is produced in Soureh Art and Film club, and is about a new guest of hospital in Gaza. This hospital is being destroyed due the bombardment of Zionist’s Army aircrafts. The short story is devoted to the mother who is struggling with bombs that are killing children.
Before this festival, “VALAD” has already won the Golden Lattern of the Ammar popular film festival in the 5th edition.
In the Italian festival, reviewers also appreciated short animation called “Nafarmani” (Disobeying) which was directed by Mohsen Salehifard. This animation was also a production of Soureh Art and Film club.
The fifth edition of Italian cinematographic festival is going to be held in Roma, June 21st to 26th 2016. In this edition of the festival more than 1525 film from 88 countries around the world are participating.
