TEHRAN (AIPFF) – An action documentary by Iranian filmmaker Mohsen Eslamzadeh is submitted to the secretariat of the 1st Ammar Int’l Popular Film Festival.

Speaking with Fars News Agency, the director said his film is considered to be presented at the upcoming APFF.

The documentary features the action life of Syrian citizens under the unruly campaigns run by Takfiris and Salafis in Syria in opposition to the government of President Bashar Assad.

The film’s shooting took almost 14 days and was send to a resistance festival in Iran but ‘surprisingly’ failed to make way to the assessment round of screenings by the panel of judges. The piece has been broadcast on the Presstv and numerous other national TV channels several times and has also been submitted to some foreign film festivals as well. Moreover, plans have been sketched to display the work in various universities and academic centers all around the country, said the director.
