Their blindness has not stopped them from working hard and changing the world. They have managed to unlock their full potential regardless of their limitations and challenges. They are three blind sisters who are busy with professional carpet weaving. They make hand-woven carpets, sell them and make their ends meet. They are living in a 13-member family and, in fact, are helping their old father. “Color & Non-Color” is a documentary about the three sisters and a day in their working life. They live in a remote and underprivileged area and still thrive to empower themselves with lots of hard work and determination. The film starts with a scene showing them carrying a carpet and heading to bazaar to sell it. Storekeepers hardly accept that they have woven the carpet themselves. The short film also depicts the moments the three sisters typing, cooking and reading books at home.
