AIPFF Seeks to Propose the Real Image of Iran and other Countries in the World

He explained that:” Base on the new policies of Ammar Popular film festival and in order to propose the real image of Iran to reply false propagandas against Iran in west, and also the essential need for making people aware of West’s realities, the international section of Ammar Film festival will be held separately in the sixth edition”.

Heidary pointed out the great enthusiasm of independent movie producers and added,“In previous editions of Ammar Popular film festival, the international section was held with the interior section simultaneously. It absolutely had influenced the international section”.

“As Mr.Jalili, chief of policymakers of festival, and Mr.Talebzadeh, the secretary of film festival have been emphasized, international section of Ammar film festival will be held separately this year after social and economical annexes as the third title” chief of international section of APFF added.

Heidary also talked about foreign filmmakers’ enjoyment to take part in the festival. “Besides official calls, many independent film makers and movie critics were tracked and invited to the festival from around the world. Well communication with them led to great increase in participant of the international section. There are about 4 thousand participants in the international section of Ammar film this year”

He also mentioned:” it is interesting to say that participants are from 120 different countries and USA, Spain, India and France have more participants than other countries.”

He finally said that April 1 is the deadline for foreign participants to take part in the festival and send their movies to the festival.
