Feast of Linkage between Iranian, Latin American Revolutionary Arts

TEHRAN (AIPFF) - Under the auspices of the secretariat of the third round of the international section of APFF, ceremonies will be held at Tehran University on Tuesday in honor of the well-reputed Chilean anti-coup filmmaker, Miguel Littin, as artists will attend.

TEHRAN (AIPFF) – Under the auspices of the secretariat of the third round of the international section of  APFF, ceremonies will be held at Tehran University on Tuesday in honor of the well-reputed Chilean anti-coup filmmaker, Miguel Littin, as artists will attend.

The film ‘Allende in His Labyrinth’ will also be screened on Tuesday this week.

Secretariat of the International Section of APFF said before start of the ceremony to honor Miguel Littin, his latest film will be for the first ever on screen at the Ebne Sina Hall of Tehran University’s Faculty of Medicine.

Then such figures as Abolqassem Talebi, Masood Shojaie Tabatabaie, Mohammad-Hossein Niroumand, Ezatollah Motahari (Shahi), Seyed Salim Ghafouri, Ensieh Shah-Hosseini and Sina Vahed, Iran’s former cultural consulate in Argentine and a number of other Islamic Revolution artists and figures will be present in the ceremony from 18 to 20 pm.

Secretary of the APFF Nader Talebzadeh, who was an Islamic Revolution campaigners during Pahlavi regime, will address the meeting.

Ceremonies in commemoration of Miguel Littin and to unveil his film ‘Allende in His Labyrinth’ will be held in the Ebne Sina Hall of Tehran University’s Medicine Faculty at Pour-Sina Street, Quds Street, Enghelab Avenue, on Tuesday, August 29.
